Power Of Commission To Hear Complaint
(1) Any user who is not satisfied with the service provided by the service provider may make a complaint to the Commission, as prescribed.
(2) Prior to making a complaint to the Commission pursuant to Sub-section (1), the user shall have given information setting out the matter with which he or she is not satisfied in relation to the service and
have not got a satisfactory remedy thereon.
(3) If an application is received pursuant to Sub-section (1), the Commission shall make necessary inquiry into the matter any may give direction to the service provider in relation to improvement in the standards of service, and it shall be the duty of the concerned service  provider to abide by such a direction.
